What will you do

• Research, develop and apply AI and deep learning techniques to improve our products and business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can benefit from AI solutions
• Work with AI/MLOps team to implement AI solutions into production environments following high-quality software engineering standards
• Research and develop Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques (e.g. Retrieval-Augmented Generation, model fine-tuning, and agentic frameworks) to improve user experiences and increase efficiency in business operations.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML/GenAI research and technologies

Who we are looking for

• Have passion for building great and impactful technology
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Engineering including algorithms, data structures, software architecture, OOP, system design, etc.
• Proficiency with deep learning model development using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Proficiency with common data science Python packages e.g. scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas)
• Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model development lifecycle.
• Experience with developing Generative AI applications is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) is a plus
